1 roast, thawed
1 bag of baby carrots
1 onion, chopped
3/4 of a 5 lb bag of potatoes, peeled and chopped
2 cups of water
Put roast in large crock pot. Add all other ingredients. Turn crock pot on low. Wait 6 to 8 hours. Salt and pepper to taste.
I usually check mine around hour 4 to see if it needs to be turned onto high to speed up the meat cooking. You know when the meat is done when it starts to fall apart easily.
